Since 2005, I have been licensed by the California Department of Real Estate in Good Standing with experience in most transaction types, to include VA, Conventional, Short Sales, Bank Owned, FHA, New Builds & Cash. I began my career with Coldwell Banker in 2005, and with a few life events along the way, I have also represented buyer and sellers in San Luis Obispo & Santa Barbara Counties. I relocated to the Inland Empire continuing my career in Real Estate and with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Champions in Riverside. I proudly serve clients throughout the state of California. With local and national networks at my fingertips, I can help clients relocate throughout the US. Additionally, throughout the pandemic, I continued to serve my clients providing safe showings and listing appointments utilizing virtual technology and adhering to all the CDC Guidelines & requirements. During the pandemic, housing continued to be very critical and essential and continues to be at a critical status in California. In this changing market, it is important to work with a Realtor that is knowledgeable about pricing correctly to achieve activity and get results. 

I enjoy the outdoor life and many activities that include boating, off-roading, hanging out by the pool and building a great life with my husband, enjoying precious time with children and grand children.

I also serve as a Board Member for the Inland Valleys Association of Realtors, as well as a member of the Multiple Listing Service Committee.
